Multi-verse Crossover! Collector’s Edition from Joyride: 1961 Chevy Biscayne

Multi-verse crossovers are all the rage these days. So today we bring you a Collector’s edition found at Joyride!

This 1961 Chevy Biscayne was sold for $1600, and featured one of the large Chevys for the early 60s.  Somebody got a deal!

Under the hood, the 1961 Chevy Biscayne packs a punch. It came equipped with a range of engine options, including the base 235 cubic inch six-cylinder engine and various V8 engine choices. In terms of safety, the 1961 Chevy Biscayne incorporated the standard safety features of its time. These included lap belts for both front and rear passengers, a padded dashboard, and improved visibility with wraparound windshields. Although these features may seem rudimentary by today’s standards, they were considered significant advancements during the era

This one came with a slant 6 engine. And the color is that long gone pallid shade of green that came from the 1960’s. Many refrigerators and appliances had the very same paint.
