The 2008 VW Jetta boasted a 2.0-liter inline-5 engine, which generated an impressive 200 horsepower and 197 lb-ft of torque. The car had a sleek exterior, with its sharp lines and bold front grille. The interior was just as impressive still back then. The body looks straight. This is the base model. 172K miles.
The 2008 Toyota Corolla was a reliable and practical choice. It had a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine that produced 132 horsepower and 128 lb-ft of torque. The Corolla had a more modest design compared to the Jetta, but it made up for it with its practicality and fuel efficiency. This one has not any listed miles but looks very clean in the front. It has honest steelies. It will run forever.
